Gabriela Castellanos and family have striven to provide the White Bear Lake area with the freshest and tastiest Mexican Food this side of the border! Authentic recipes from Gabriela’s Mother and from their hometown of Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico, where Tequila and Mariachi music originated from, are prepared daily. Family first started 10 years ago when they opened up Casa Lupita. Red Luna Taco Factory is the newer bigger and sleeker sister, but although new we still strive to continue the tradition that started with Casa Lupita more than 10 years ago.
